NEW BLOG! Working Off-shore
Friday, August 17, 2007
There are thousands of people everyday working off shore on ships, working on oil rigs, either permanent or jack-ups, or on other vessels. These jobs can be very dangerous and people do get hurt. This is a new blog dedicated to discussing those problems. Employers do have a responsibility to create a safe work place. Employees have to follow guidelines. But people are still injured. Employers have a responsibility to take care of their injured workers. This blog will discuss issues related to all of that, plus news of what is happening about working off shore. Check back to see what has been posted, respond to our posts, and ask questions about what we say. I hope to hear from you soon.
